& Summary

Those in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at PwC will specialise in analysing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.
We are looking for a skilled D365 CRM Consultant to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with CRM platforms, strong programming skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Customize and configure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho) to meet business needs.
Develop custom modules, workflows, plugins, and integrations using APIs and SDKs.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Perform data migration, cleansing, and integration with thirdparty systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance, data integrity, and user access.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Maintain documentation for technical designs, configurations, and customizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in CRM development and customization.
Proficiency in one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Apex/Lightning, Dynamics 365, Zoho Deluge).
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
