Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and configure
Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
Create and manage
entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules
, and
plugins
.
Build custom logic using
C#, .NET, JavaScript
, and
Power Automate
.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using
Web APIs, Azure Services, SSIS, KingswaySoft
, or other integration tools.
Develop custom
plugins, custom workflow activities
, and
JavaScript client-side scripting
.
Work with
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
and
Power Automate
for automation and extensions.
Design and implement
Data Migration
solutions using Excel, Data Import Wizard, or ETL tools.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
Perform
unit testing, debugging
, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Ensure compliance with
Microsoft best practices
, security roles, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
38+ years of hands-on experience in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development
.
Strong knowledge of:

C#, .NET Framework/Core
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Dynamics 365 SDK and Plugin development
Power Apps, Power Automate
Dataverse (CDS)

Experience working with
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus
, or other Azure components.
Good understanding of
SQL Server, FetchXML, OData
, and API-based integrations.
Experience with
Git/Azure DevOps
for version control and deployments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
