We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday integrations and enhancements. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams to guide technical teams. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for Workday optimization and process improvements. Stakeholder Communication & Agile Collaboration Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives. Work with crossfunctional teams to define and prioritize Workday enhancements in an Agile/Scrum environment. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and validation. Assist in Workday change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and updates.

Mandatory skill sets

4+ years of experience in Workday Payroll configuration. Strong understanding of Workday s crossfunctional capabilities. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe. Uptodate knowledge of Workday features and enhancements. Understanding of endtoend payroll processes. Good to Have Collaborate with Payroll and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday Payroll configurations. Support functional areas including Payroll, Security, and User Experience. Document business requirements, user stories, test plans, and process flows. Analyze crossproduct functionality such as Organizations, Job Catalog, Delegation, Branding, and Language Translation. Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to drive innovation.

Work in an Agile/SAFe environment, contributing to iterative development and solutioning discussions.

Workday Certification Exposure to other HR tech platforms

Education qualification

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular fulltime mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
