Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead development of Workday delivered and custom reports aligned with business requirements.
Architect and implement Prism Analytics data models for advanced reporting needs.
Integrate external data sources into Prism for crossfunctional analytics.
Ensure data security and rolebased access for analytic reports.
Optimize reporting performance and data accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs and build executive dashboards.
Provide training on reporting tools for business users.
Maintain documentation for reports and analytic configurations.
Support ongoing maintece and troubleshooting of reports.
Leverage new Prism features and updates for enhanced insights.

With certification, must have demonstrated consulting endtoend implementation experience in Workday

Years of experience required

Minimum 8 12 years of relevant experience Overall experience can vary between 8 14 Years

Education qualification

Work experience in IT ITeS/Software product companies preferred B.E/B.Tech + MBA (optional) ERP Implementation Exp

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering
