About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled in Design Content and Development with expertise in creating impactful PowerPoint designs well-structured Word documentation and engaging content development. This role requires creativity attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information visually and textually to various audiences at global level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling design and document organization paired with an understanding of content structure and development for professional presentations. Key Responsibilities ?PowerPoint Design Develop visually compelling brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations for client and internal meetings. Use advanced design elements animations and layouts to enhance the clarity and appeal of presentations. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging across all presentation materials. ?Word Documentation Create well-organized professional Word documents reports and manuals as per project or client requirements. Ensure documents are formatted consistently accurately and with high attention to detail. Incorporate feedback efficiently and ensure that the final product aligns with project standards and brand voice. Content Development Collaborate with teams to understand content needs and develop engaging concise and well-organized text for presentations documents and other materials. Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity coherence and grammatical accuracy. Adapt content for different audiences and purposes ensuring that messaging is effective and relevant. Along with writing if you are good with presentations (making + presenting) then its a BIG PLUS. If you also have exposure to communications management or communication strategy thats also a BIG PLUS. Collaborate across departments to integrate brand strategy with digital content and marketing initiatives ensuring consistency across channels and touch points Qualifications ?Bachelors degree in communications Marketing Graphic Design or a related field. ?5+ years of experience in presentation design document creation and content writing/editing. ?Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word and related content development software. ?Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create layouts infographics and visual elements that enhance understanding. ?Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. ?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or similar. Experience in instructional design e-learning content or technical writing is a plus. Knowledge of industry best practices for document and presentation design.
