Full Time
• Conducts visual, dimensional and geometry inspection to ensure the quality of finished products.
• Determines and uses appropriate inspection processes and instruments to confirm assigned products and parts meet drawing / Control Plan / Specifications.
• Conducts stage inspection like fit-up/tack weld, assembly, welding, NDT, leak test, etc.,
• Confirms and approves quality of finished parts.
• Prepares reports documenting inspection findings along with photos.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Review of supplier inspection reports.
• Co-ordinate with respective department for day-to-day inspection.
• Communicate day-to-day inspection to respective department by verbal and email/application. • Full fill the company / ISO 9001 requirements.
• Coordinating with customer on stage wise inspection
