Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct

    English language training sessions

    (spoken & written) for employees at different levels.
  • Develop and deliver

    customized training modules

    on:
  • Grammar & Vocabulary
  • Business English & Email Etiquette
  • Presentation & Public Speaking Skills
  • Accent Neutralization & Pronunciation
  • Soft Skills & Communication
  • Assess employees language proficiency and identify

    training needs

    .
  • Create

    lesson plans, training material, and interactive activities

    for engaging learning.
  • Organize

    group discussions, role plays, and workshops

    to improve fluency and confidence.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Provide

    one-on-one coaching

    where required.
  • Collaborate with HR/L&D teams to align training with business communication goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Certification in

    IELTS / OET /PTE

    (advantageous).
  • Experience in

    voice & accent training

    .
  • Knowledge of

    corporate etiquette and soft skills training
