In-house collection & marketing executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.Collection Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via calls and scheduled visits (within office premises).
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and update the payment status regularly.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliations and billing queries.
  • Ensure a professional approach in handling delayed payments or client concerns.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for smooth payment cycles.


2.Offline Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Visit local hardware shops, construction material stores, and related businesses to introduce and promote the brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers in the real estate and construction industry.
  • Distribute brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials to targeted offline locations.
  • Identify potential business leads during field visits and report back to the marketing team.
  • Actively represent the brand at offline locations, ensuring high visibility and brand recall.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for follow-up on leads generated through offline outreach.
  • Track daily visits, interactions, and outcomes in a structured report.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in collections and/or offline marketing (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • MS Office and basic marketing tools.

  • Ability to identify client needs and develop customized solutions
  • Experience in the building materials and construction chemicals industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
