Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated In-house collection & marketing executive to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing client follow-ups for outstanding payments and supporting internal marketing activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and excellent at communication. Key Responsibilities: 1.Collection Responsibilities: Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via calls and scheduled visits (within office premises). Maintain accurate records of collections and update the payment status regularly. Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliations and billing queries. Ensure a professional approach in handling delayed payments or client concerns. Maintain strong client relationships for smooth payment cycles. 2.Offline Marketing Responsibilities: Visit local hardware shops, construction material stores, and related businesses to introduce and promote the brand. Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers in the real estate and construction industry. Distribute brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials to targeted offline locations. Identify potential business leads during field visits and report back to the marketing team. Actively represent the brand at offline locations, ensuring high visibility and brand recall. Coordinate with the internal team for follow-up on leads generated through offline outreach. Track daily visits, interactions, and outcomes in a structured report. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in collections and/or offline marketing (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. MS Office and basic marketing tools. Qualifications Proven track record in sales and business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify client needs and develop customized solutions Experience in the building materials and construction chemicals industry is a plus Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Self-motivated and able to work independently What We Offer: Positive and team-friendly work culture.
