About the Role:

Advertising Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to improve ROAS and lead quality
• Collaborate with content/design teams to build thumb-stopping creatives
• Track daily budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and make data-backed optimizations
• Identify new audience segments and targeting opportunities
• Coordinate with sales team to align ad efforts with regional demand (especially Bihar, Bengal, Assam, Odisha)
• Stay updated on platform changes and trends in EV/digital marketing
• Regularly report ad performance with clear insights and next steps

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running ads on Meta & Google platforms
• Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
• Ability to build and manage high-converting funnels
• Comfortable with tools like Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
• Experience working with creative teams to guide ad design/copy
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Good to Have:

• Experience in EV / mobility / automotive
• Experience with B2B lead gen and dealer acquisition
• Knowledge of local languages (Bengali, Odia, Hindi) for regional campaigns
