Import Export Specialist

As a Supply Chain & Project Specialist at our Cyber City, Gurgaon location, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of import, export, and licensing operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end import, export, and licensing operations to ensure smooth processes. - Handling documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding activities efficiently. - Coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and freight partners for timely delivery of goods. - Supporting project execution by tracking milestones and ensuring process compliance. - Maintaining data and reports using SAP/Excel for analysis and optimization purposes. Key Qualifications: - Preferred education: BE/B.Tech or MBA in Supply Chain. - Minimum 5 years of experience in import-export operations and supply chain management. - Proficiency in areas such as Import-Export Operations, Customs & Licensing, Advance Licenses, Freight Forwarding, Procurement, SAP/ERP, Excel, and Vendor Management.
