Import Export Sales Executive - Female

Job description

• Develop and maintain relationships with national & international customers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Communicate with logistics teams to ensure smooth shipping processes

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales targets and achieve export revenue goals
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
• Prepare sales reports, sales data.
• Ensure compliance with import & export regulations and quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Participating in trade shows and exhibitions
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of materials, and production processes

Requirements Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Fluency in English is must.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
