Job Description

As an Import Export Executive, your role involves managing freight forwarding, customs clearance, and coordinating with International & Domestic logistic providers. You will be responsible for verifying Import documentation and preparing DGFT Import Management System. Additionally, you will handle Import & Export documentation, document verification, and oversee Checklist Approvals related to Import & Export processes. Managing Domestic logistics vendors such as GATI, Blue Dart & Xpress bess, along with handling International Freight Forwarders for accurate shipment tracking, will be part of your daily tasks. Your key responsibilities will include handling CHA, approving checklists, managing Inventory, arranging stock statements, and resolving Insurance freight claims. You will also be generating reports on inventory levels, production efficiency, and shipment status for management review. Utilizing operational data to identify improvement areas and implementing best practices will be crucial for the efficiency of import/export operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in import/export - Knowledge of customs and shipping procedures - Good computer and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) This full-time position offers benefits such as paid sick time and requires you to work in person at the specified location.
