Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Executive located in Surat. The Import Export Executive will be responsible for handling import and export logistics, managing customer service interactions, and ensuring efficient import processes. Daily tasks include coordinating shipments, preparing necessary documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Import Logistics, Export, and Import skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Prior experience in import-export operations is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and documentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus
