Import Export Executive - Documentation

Key Responsibility:

-        Preparing import / export documentation like Invoice, packing list, etc.

-        Approving checklists and co-ordinate with CHA on import and export clearances.

-        Preparing and maintaining advance licenses for duty free imports.

-        Negotiating quotations with freight forwarders.

-        Handling banking documentation related to international payments in foreign currency.

-        Co-ordinating with factory for pre shipment documents.

-        Co-ordinate with purchase team for pre import documents.

-        Sea vessel and airline tracking for monitoring of consignments.

Notes regarding this position:

-        Candidate will get exposure to international shipping norms INCOTERMS.

-        Candidate will get to interact with overseas suppliers

-        Candidates will get to learn and understand intricate details of international shipping.
