Import Export Executive - Documentation

Job Description: As an Import/Export Documentation Executive at Qualiance International Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of import and export operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing import/export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, etc. - Approving checklists and coordinating with Custom House Agents (CHA) for import and export clearances. - Handling the preparation and maintenance of advance licenses for duty-free imports. - Negotiating quotations with freight forwarders. - Coordinating with the factory for pre-shipment documents. - Working closely with the purchase team for pre-import documents. - Tracking sea vessels and airlines to monitor consignments effectively. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to international shipping norms such as INCOTERMS, interact with overseas suppliers, and delve into the intricate details of international shipping processes. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Prior experience in import/export documentation. - Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
