We Are Hiring An Export-Import Assistant/ Documentation Executive Location: Vikhroli Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree Certification course in Export-Import Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience: Minimum 01-05 years in a similar role Job Role & Responsibilities: Prepare pre & post-export shipment documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, IMC certified documents, etc. Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent) for shipping bill filing. Send Shipping Instructions (SI) to the shipping line. Follow up and arrange the release of the final Bill of Lading from the shipping line. Prepare and submit BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate) documents. Update and maintain advanced license files. Coordinate with CHA, shipping agents, and transporters to ensure smooth shipment flow. Perform any other work assigned by the HOD Key Skills Required: Ability to work effectively in a team. Quick learner with good grasping power. Sensitivity and understanding towards work and colleagues Flexible and open to handle the pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
