Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import Documentation Executive to join our dynamic CHA-Import team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling import documentation processes efficiently and ensuring timely coordination with stakeholders.
1) Update ETA & maintain office files based on shipping line info
2) Collect KYC, generate checklist via Software3) Upload KYC & coordinate with HO for organization code approval4) Prepare and submit customs files to Mundra Customs (BOE, license reg., bond letters)5) Coordinate with shipping lines for vessel & IGM details6) Assist in manifest & BOE checks with seniors7) Maintain full track from vessel arrival to consignment delivery8) Data entry for billing and improve documentation cycle time9) Email BE copy for duty payments, coordinate with consignee, transporter & operations team for smooth
