Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Obtain detailed information from clients required for creating offer quotations following a predefined checklist. - Present offers to clients according to the defined process. - Collect necessary information and documents from clients to facilitate the management of shipments. - Handle port-related operational activities until the shipment is successfully delivered. - Provide regular updates to clients, including tracking reports and management communication. - Share shipping documents and supporting materials with clients. - Prepare daily and monthly reports, and present them to management. In this position, you are expected to achieve the following outcomes: - Timely delivery of offers to clients, resulting in successful booking conversions. - Continuous updates to clients regarding their shipments, offering support and guidance at every stage. - Resolution of client issues and safe delivery of materials to the designated destination. - Ensure 100% on-time and error-free shipments. Experience in import documentation for at least 1 year is preferred for this full-time role, which requires in-person work at the specified location.,
