Handle complete import documentation including Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions. Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to customs and related authorities. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal departments for smooth import operations. Maintain compliance with EXIM policies and import regulations. Monitor shipment status and resolve documentation discrepancies proactively. Working knowledge of Logisys software is mandatory. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills required.
