Job Description

As a Sales and Logistics Coordinator, your role involves preparing indents, sales reports, and inventory reports. You will be responsible for verifying shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and letters of credit. Planning and coordinating dispatches and logistics will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will update daily sales and stock data in company software and track orders and vessel movements to provide timely shipment status updates to customers. Maintaining customer communication and providing necessary support, managing import sea shipments, and coordinating customs clearance procedures will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaborating with CHA, sales team, and customers for import-related requirements is also expected from you. Qualifications Required: - Experience in preparing sales reports and inventory reports - Proficiency in verifying shipping documents and coordinating dispatches - Strong communication skills for maintaining customer relationships - Knowledge of import sea shipments and customs clearance procedures - Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position requiring you to work in person at the specified location.,
