Implementation Specialist (EMR)

In this role, you will utilize your significant experience in Billing and Medical Office operations, particularly within the physician/clinical setting using EMR/PM systems. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential as you interact with end users, vendors, and regional personnel. Working effectively as a team player is crucial, along with the ability to research, analyze data, and make informed decisions in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your knowledge and experience to support effective decision-making - Efficiently use various computer software - Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment, particularly in meeting tight deadlines - Continuously engage in professional development to enhance your healthcare business, clinical, regulatory, and technology knowledge - Participate in system-related training and educational opportunities - Adhere to organizational rules, policies, procedures, as well as relevant laws and standards - Work effectively under interruptions, stress, and emergency situations - Prioritize tasks and assist leaders and staff in problem-solving - Utilize manual dexterity for calculator and computer usage Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of US Medical Billing experience - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in an office environment - Willingness to work in a normal office setting with frequent interactions with staff and patients - Flexibility to work 8.5 hours from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays and night shifts from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST Please Note: This role requires a dedicated individual who can adapt to the dynamic healthcare environment and contribute effectively to the team's success.,
