Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital payment and collection modes (RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, NACH, BBPS, virtual accounts) and electronic channels (Net Banking, Web Services).
• Identify customer needs, support deal solutioning, and drive product enhancement initiatives.
• Lead project management, tracking, reporting, and coordination with Sales, IT, BSG, and Operations.
• Prepare BRDs, oversee UAT, and ensure timely implementation of new features or projects.
• Conduct product trainings, demos, and knowledge sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance analytics for better management.
• Provide expert guidance on Online Banking services and handle queries for faster activations.
• Engage in deal discussions, product demos, and meetings with customers, vendors, and partners.
