Implementation Lead

You are a highly skilled and innovative Implementation Lead with expertise in Python, Prompt Engineering, and Full Stack Development. You will be responsible for driving the execution of complex technology projects within our Technology and Innovation team. With 6-10 years of experience in software development, AI-driven workflows, and building scalable web applications, you possess the technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration skills required to deliver impactful solutions successfully. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Python-based AI solutions and full stack applications. You will ensure the seamless integration of AI-driven automation into existing systems and develop AI automation scripts while optimizing prompt strategies for AI applications. Additionally, you will build web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies and design and optimize databases for performance and scalability. As an Implementation Lead, you will implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for enhanced automation, create AI-driven agents to automate business workflows, and align solutions with business objectives by working closely with engineering, product, and business teams. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and mentor teams in best practices and cutting-edge technology implementations will be crucial.
