Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Implementation Engineer - Lead with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the implementation team to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting.
Strong knowledge of software solutions and implementation methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
