Job Title
Join our Fare Implementation team and lead the deployment of airline pricing and shopping solutions across multiple channels. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for airline customers, ensuring successful implementation of products like Amadeus Ticket Changer, Flex Pricer, and Branded Fares.
Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and delivery.
Analyze customer requirements and configure fare-related products across test and production environments.
Provide functional expertise and support during implementation, including troubleshooting and migration activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and airline customers to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Document learnings and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
5–8 years of experience in airline fares and pricing implementation or related roles.
Strong understanding of ATPCO categories (Cat31/Cat33), Fare Families, and ticketing fees.
Knowledge of airline IT systems such as Altea Reservation/Ticketing and RMS/Dynamic Pricing is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage projects, communicate effectively with customers, and work in a multicultural environment.
Engineering or Computer Science degree (or equivalent experience); IATA certification is a plus.
