About the Role:

Implementation Consultant


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for global clients
  • Build and manage

    API-based integrations

    across multiple systems
  • Configure and customize

    CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar

  • Design and implement

    workflow automations / recipes

  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth onboarding experience


Required skills:

  • 3–7 years of implementation/solution consulting experience
  • Strong experience with

    REST APIs, webhooks, integration tools

  • Hands-on with

    Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho / Freshsales

    or similar CRMs
  • Experience building

    workflow automations

    (Zapier, Workato, Make, Tray.io, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Prior

    SaaS implementation

    experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing role


Good to have:

  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Node.js)
  • Understanding of databases and data migration
  • Experience with integration middleware platforms
