Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of RealPage Customer Success team, which consists of various professionals dedicated to ensuring the ongoing success of clients. The team follows a cross-functional business strategy aligned with the company's mission to guarantee customer success. You will play a key role in managing client implementations of Revenue Management System, aiming to provide rapid and valuable returns on investment at every organizational level. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client expectations effectively throughout the Revenue Management System implementation process. - Establish and nurture relationships with Professional Services team members to facilitate successful implementations. - Develop and communicate implementation plans and progress updates for each client. - Proactively communicate project scope and potential issues in a timely manner. - Coordinate internal quality assurance tests to validate accurate setup. - Collaborate with Professional Services team to ensure necessary information is accessible for implementation. - Efficiently handle multiple implementation projects to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction. - Collect and upload data from Property Management Systems. - Verify the accuracy of data received from source Property Management Systems and report any issues. - Troubleshoot Property Management System data and file-related problems. - Assist in creating and maintaining implementation-related documents, checklists, and procedures. - Manage and schedule time effectively to achieve implementation goals and maximize department profit. - Uphold a positive and professional image of RealPage both internally and externally. - Deliver superior customer service to all internal and external customers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred). - Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues promptly. - Professional demeanor with the capability to learn and adapt to new procedures and processes efficiently. - Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision but knows when to escalate problems. - Flexible, detail-oriented, and adaptive to changes. - Strong customer service, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and customer-centric environment. - Above-average interactive, planning, time management, and detail-oriented skills. - Team player with high motivation and self-starting attitude.,
