Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Work directly from the client location to understand immediate hiring needs.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and references.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
Provide timely updates and recruitment reports to the internal team and client.
Ensure documentation and compliance during the onboarding process.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool.

Key Skills:

Proven experience in IT recruitment (contract and permanent).
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently from client location.

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate/Postgraduate preferably in HR or a related field.
