IT Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Male IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various IT domains, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and niche platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates’ technical and interpersonal fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and feedback cycles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Negotiate job offers and close candidates in alignment with company compensation structures.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends and emerging technologies to target the right talent.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience (2–3 years) as a Technical or IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., Full Stack Developer, PHP, Python, Network Engineer, QA Analyst, etc.).
• Familiarity with technical jargon, tools, and programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with a sense of urgency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
