As an Immigration Sr. Manager, he/she will oversee and manages all aspects of immigration service line for assigned territory/s, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to employees navigating the immigration process. This role also involves building and managing immigration processes, acting as a subject matter expert, and providing strategic guidance to various stakeholders.
- Oversee the immigration compliance and case working processes
- Developing and implementing efficient immigration processes, to adapt to changes to law, practice and technologies.
- Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards, and implementing robust risk management processes.
- Ownership of process execution/technology expertise/account management; provides expert guidance, drives improvements, and intensively collaborates with all the stakeholders
- Acting as a primary point of contact for employees and providing guidance on all aspects of immigration.
- Conducting training for team members and providing ongoing support to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Preparing reports on immigration metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Work closely with SMEs and Operational excellence team to drive efficiency in process
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of immigration Case working and Compliance: A strong understanding of relevant regulations and policies is crucial.
- Growth mindset, understanding business dynamics, and making informed decisions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership abilities, including negotiating, networking, building relationships, decision-making, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and technologies, while maintaining resilience and managing challenges effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills: The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously is vital.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: The ability to identify and resolve complex immigration-related issues is important.
