As an Immigration Consultant/Senior Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and counseling clients interested in immigration to various countries. Your primary tasks will involve having sales experience, generating prospects over phone calls, converting leads into enrolled clients, and conducting profile assessments for overseas opportunities. Your expertise will include knowledge of the immigration process, with specific familiarity in countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Schengen countries, among others. You will be expected to maintain a record of client data, update it in the CRM Portal, and provide regular follow-ups to address client queries and secure enrollments. Furthermore, you will play a key role in meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, sales planning, building relationships, and motivating sales. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers through in-person interactions, telephone calls, and emails will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also be required to generate walk-ins to the office, conduct profile assessments, and make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain products and services for appointment generation. Sharing best practices with colleagues, handling a team, and arranging meetings with potential customers for new business prospects are part of your responsibilities. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for effectively listening to customer requirements and presenting solutions to make successful sales. Additionally, maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, demonstrating the ability to build rapport, and delivering quality service will be key aspects of your role. This position offers a salary ranging from 2 to 5 LPA with working hours from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, at the job location in Noida Sector 62. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for unlimited incentives based on performance in sales. Sales experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.,
