Job Summary

The BDM will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our immigration services. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. The Immigration Manager will oversee and manage the emigration and visa processing operations, ensuring smooth and compliant processes for clients aspiring to work or settle abroad. This role requires a well-organized professional with experience in immigration policies, documentation, and client management, capable of guiding clients through complex emigration requirements and leading a team of case officers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for counselling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.
  • Regular follow up on inquiries, follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on visa requirements, immigration policies, and processes.
  • Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and determine appropriate visa pathways.
  • Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of visa applications, ensuring adherence to immigration laws and firm standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits on case files to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales consultants, providing direction, training, and performance assessments.
  • Coordinate with legal teams and consulate offices to facilitate visa approvals and resolve client issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consulates, immigration authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Stay updated on immigration policies, visa categories, and regulatory changes.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in immigration, visa processing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of emigration and visa processes for popular destinations (e.g., US, Canada, Australia, Germany).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
