As an Immigration Consultant specializing in work permits for blue-collar workers across European, Gulf, UAE, and Asian countries, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance on work permits, visa applications, and labor laws for clients in various regions. - Specialize in processing work permits for blue-collar sectors such as construction, manufacturing, and hospitality. - Lead and mentor a team of immigration consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and timely processing. - Stay updated on immigration policies and labor regulations in different jurisdictions. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth processing of work permits. - Conduct training sessions for junior team members and manage their performance targets. - Maintain accurate client records using Excel and develop sales strategies to achieve targets. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of work permit counseling experience with 1+ year in team leadership. - Extensive knowledge of work permit regulations and visa policies in various countries. - Proven experience in managing work permits for blue-collar roles. - Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently. - Proficiency in English, additional regional languages are a plus.
