Immigration Consultant

* Interact with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs, assess eligibility, and provide accurate information regarding various immigration programs (Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.).

* Follow up on inbound inquiries via phone, email, or social media, and maintain a pipeline of active leads through CRM tools.

* Assist the senior sales team with document preparation, form filling, and preliminary profile assessments to support application processing.

* Effectively communicate the benefits and features of immigration programs, addressing client queries and building trust to convert leads into paying clients.

* Guide clients in compiling and submitting required documents while ensuring accuracy and completeness before forwarding to the processing team.

* Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide informed guidance and identify emerging market trends.

* Maintain professional and empathetic client relationships to encourage referrals, renewals, and client satisfaction.

* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and persuasive communication skills.

* Work closely with visa consultants, documentation teams, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and high conversion rates.

* Maintain detailed logs of interactions, lead status, and progress reports, ensuring timely and accurate data for reviews and strategy planning.
