Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for corporate clients requiring immigration assistance and guidance.
  • Understand clients specific immigration needs and develop tailored immigration strategies and plans.
  • Manage the full spectrum of immigration activities including visa applications, work permits, and related filings.
  • Prepare, review, and submit immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Interpret and apply immigration regulations to ensure clients adherence and avoid legal complications.
  • Advise clients on immigration processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and ensure secure document management for each client.
  • Ensure commercial awareness by accurately recording billable time, supporting invoicing activities, and identifying scope changes.
  • Communicate with clients, internal teams, and government authorities to facilitate smooth processing of immigration cases.
  • Liaise with consulates, embassies, third-party providers, and immigration authorities to track case progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Handle unexpected immigration challenges with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and changes to immigration regulations.
  • Utilize data and tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities within the immigration domain.
  • Address client queries and feedback efficiently to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Train and mentor new or junior team members in case management systems, immigration documentation, and compliance procedures.
  • Stay informed on the latest immigration laws, rules, and policy updates affecting corporate mobility.
  • Contribute to the implementation or enhancement of immigration-related technology and digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in immigration consulting, global mobility, or legal compliance preferred.
  • Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa classifications, and compliance standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent organizational and case management skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in documentation, compliance monitoring, and legal interpretation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and billing process understanding.
  • Proficiency with immigration platforms or case management tools.
