Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior engineers when necessary.

  • Must be flexible to work in Night shifts
