Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide effective solutions to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in L1 Support or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques .
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for effective customer interaction.

  • Should be able to join Immediately post Interview selection
