We’re looking for an experienced Laravel Developer to join our in-house tech team in Jaipur. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end systems using Laravel, collaborating closely with front-end teams, and ensuring seamless integration between server-side logic and user-facing interfaces.

This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who has been in the trenches and knows how to build clean, secure, scalable applications under real-world deadlines.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Laravel 9/10+
• Write clean, well-documented, object-oriented PHP code following MVC architecture
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and third-party systems
• Collaborate daily with front-end developers (React/Angular) to bridge UI and backend logic
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases for speed and security
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies
• Contribute to technical documentation and improve development workflows

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience with Laravel (non-negotiable)
• Strong expertise in PHP 8+, OOP, MVC patterns, Eloquent ORM, Blade templating
• Proven track record of building production-grade web applications from scratch
• Experience working with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, Composer, and API integrations
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular) — you’ll be pairing with frontend devs daily
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
