Profile Summary

• Extensive experience in managing dryers, tolling processing, and packing operations, including planning, scheduling, and implementation of unit capacity enhancement activities
  
• Strong expertise in dryer operations to avoid quality deviations by implementing mistake-proof systems such as checklists, bin card/bin permit systems, and bin locking systems
  
• Hands-on experience in maintenance management, ensuring timely completion of preventive maintenance activities for toll plants and maintaining adequate spare parts to handle emergency breakdowns
  
• Proven ability to collaborate with production, plant, quality, and supply teams to meet day-to-day operational requirements and achieve plant efficiency and capacity targets
  
• Responsible for handling sales return activities including verification, de-packing, bulking, and re-bagging
  
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (2022)
  
• Close coordination with the quality team during packing to ensure better inventory utilization, including blending of border-fall inventory
  
• Experience in customer complaint batch investigations (Germ, Vigor, and admixture-related issues)
  
• Skilled in implementing cost-saving initiatives and improvement projects
