Qualifications & Experience

Total Experience:
11 to 20 years in
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
, with a strong focus on
AR Operations
.
Core Expertise:

Minimum 11 years in
end-to-end AR management
(billing, collections, payment posting).
Proven expertise in
Denial Management
(prevention, trending, resolution).

Leadership Experience:

Minimum
2+ years
as a
director
or equivalent leadership role in RCM/AR.
Demonstrated success in scaling teams and driving operational efficiency.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in RCM platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) and advanced Excel/Analytics tools.
Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).

Soft Skills:

Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
