Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Node JS Developer working night shifts (7 PM IST to 4 AM IST). The Node JS Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to front-end and back-end web development, as well as overall software development tasks. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring coding standards, and troubleshooting and optimizing web applications. Qualifications Front-End Development skills, including experience with JavaScript and Redux.js Back-End Web Development skills, particularly in Node JS General Software Development skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and handle night shift hours effectively Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial Experience in industry-specific software development is a plus Benefits & Perks: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
