Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Analyst (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in HR data analysis and contribute to optimizing HR processes through data-driven insights. Interested candidates can share their resume to karthika@bankbazaar.com (or 9629044489 (Only WhatsApp) Full Time - Subject: App. for HR Analyst, Internship - Subject: App. for HR Intern Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data from various sources, including employee surveys, performance data, recruitment metrics, and training programs. Reporting: Support the creation of HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and engagement levels. Trend Identification: Help identify trends and patterns in employee data to provide insights into retention, engagement, and overall workforce performance. HR Strategy Support: Work closely with HR managers and senior leaders to support strategic decisions by providing data-driven insights related to talent management, recruitment, and employee satisfaction. Tool Proficiency: Assist with the use of HR software tools such as HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems), Excel, or other analytics tools to generate meaningful data and reports. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and management, to align HR data analysis with business goals. Required Skills: Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze data, recognize trends, and draw actionable conclusions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data and findings clearly and concisely. Excel/Spreadsheet Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, including functions, formulas, and pivot tables. Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to identify problems and find effective, data-driven solutions. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in working with data and generating reports. Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute effectively to group discussions.
