Key Responsibilities:-

Employees should be aware of SDLC, BRD creation, what are the next steps in BRD creation, requirement gathering/UAT/project management/what are SRS/FRD/UD, good understanding of
agile methodologies
/agile ceremonies and artifacts.
Solutioning experience is a must. If they havent done solutioning, they must have worked with a technical architect for the same, they should be able to describe how have they helped the architect or coordinated the process.
Which stakeholders have they worked with? How do they manage stakeholders?
They should be thorough with what they have added to their resume.
What are the top 4- 5 concepts you are strong on? Can you speak on the same?
How do you manage changing requirements?
Should you have knowledge on API encryption, authentication, tokenization, planning, budgeting, estimations, which frameworks have they used?
Have you faced challenges while handling projects? If so, how have you managed them? (Scenario based questions)
Sound knowledge of BA role, should be able to demonstrate what they have put on their resumes
Candidates should have techno functional experience.
