Immediate Hiring – Senior Firmware Embedded Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Firmware Embedded Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in embedded system design and firmware development. The ideal candidate must possess technical expertise in NXP SE050 secure element integration, communication protocol development (I2C, UART), and cryptography/cybersecurity implementation for secure embedded solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize firmware for embedded systems, focusing on security and efficiency.
• Integrate and configure NXP SE050 secure element, ensuring robust cryptographic functionalities and secure operations.
• Implement and troubleshoot communication protocols, specifically I2C and UART, for device-to-device communication.
• Lead, execute, and document embedded firmware lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to system validation and support.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams for seamless integration and troubleshooting of systems.
• Apply cryptography and cybersecurity best practices throughout development to achieve secure data transmission, authentication, and integrity.
• Conduct code reviews; mentor and support team members in knowledge-sharing and technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and maintain high documentation quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years professional experience in embedded firmware development.
• Proficient in C/C++ for embedded applications.
• Proven expertise with NXP SE050 secure element integration.
• Hands-on experience with I2C and UART communication protocols.
• Practical knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and cybersecurity for embedded systems.
• Experience with microcontroller programming, debugging, and real-time system development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
