Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for Leading the sales team of 25FOS.
Primary role is to Recruit and onboard the FOS.
Should be from insurance broking background and having +12 years experience & 8 + years experience in leader role.
Sound knowledge of insurance in retail Motor insurance.
Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents in the area by guiding and motivating FOS/RM.
Conduct continuous agent RM and Agent training programs , also help them in coordination with different teams.
Cascade the information about the various sales contests and keep the team motivated.
