Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical and cultural fit .
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs .
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate profiles.
Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., Java Developer, DevOps Engineer, Data Scientist).
Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, GitHub, etc.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
1+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
