Dear Aspirant,

We are Hiring for International Voice Process

Work Location:

Requirements:

Provide support and resolve customer issues via calls and other electronic communication channels.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.

Voice Process Salary Structure:

Date of Joining (DOJ): 13th Nov

Job Details:

Rotational US shifts (including midnight shifts).
5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs (No fixed offs on Saturday and Sunday).
Students pursuing regular full-time courses are not eligible.
Educational certificates are mandatory.
Must be flexible to work from office.

2-way free transportation (Home pick-up and drop).
Self-to-work allowance (STW) of 3,300 (only for male employees).
Medical insurance for self and dependents.
