Requirements: 1. To provide support and resolve issues via chat and other electronic communication. 2. Good Written communication skills. 3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory. Must carry all your educational certificates and Govt ID Proofs(Aadhar and Pan card) for Documentation(Clear scanned copies/Xerox Copies) Job Details: 1. Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well) 2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday) 3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible. 4. Educational certificates are mandatory. 5. Must be flexible to work from office. Perks and Benefits: > 2-way free transportation(Home Pickup and Drop) > Transport Allowance( if not opted for company transport) Rs.3300 (only for male employees) Qualification: PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation Interview Process: 1. PIR (Personal Introduction Round) 2. Online Assessment 3. Final Interview Note: Candidates attended interview within 30 days are not eligible to apply. Hiring radius distance limit is 23km.
