This is a full-time position requiring 3-10 years of experience in QA Google Ads/Digital Marketing. Good communication skills are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include auditing calls/emails/chat (live, recorded & remote) and scoring them based on defined audit forms, documenting the audited interactions, meeting audit targets within timelines, providing structured feedback to improve individual and team performance, assessing new hires post-training, reviewing training materials, sending reports to stakeholders, ensuring quality and compliance, maintaining productivity, participating in calibration sessions, monitoring quality records, and escalating anomalies when necessary. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Google Ads, exposure to BPO/Call Centre environment, and a good understanding of quality audit processes in voice and non-voice processes. YB/GB certification is preferred.
